Aotearoa - New Zealand is transitioning between two different frameworks to manage the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, The Covid-19 Alert Level Framework and the Covid Protection Framework. From the 3 December all churches in New Zealand will be operating within the new CPF framework.

Auckland, Northland, Taupō, Rotorua Lakes, Kawerau, Whakatāne, Ōpotiki, Gisborne, Wairoa, Rangitīkei, Whanganui and Ruapehu districts will move to

Risk Level RED.

The rest of Aotearoa - New Zealand will move to

Risk Level ORANGE.

The Covid Protection Framework

All of New Zealand moves to the Covid Protection Framework (also known as the traffic light system) on 3 December. This new approach to COVID-19 will introduce more freedoms for vaccinated New Zealanders.

The traffic light system brings us a world where we are freer to move and live with less disruption and offers the stability churches need to plan for the future. It introduces a new 3 level system to manage COVID-19 in the community:   RED    ORANGE    GREEN

At each level, those who are vaccinated will have greater freedom than those who are unvaccinated.

WMCNZ Online

We encourage all of our churches who are able, to look for creative ways to 'gather' and include others when they are not able to be together in-person.

Many of our churches are offering access to worship services online. You can access these by clicking on the link below.
